First off a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

I thought I’d post something up to let you know the current “state of play” with Clear Content and Clear eCommerce. Over the holiday period we have been busy developing and working towards our release date. Right now the main framework is there and is currently running www.rantpile.com very nicely.

Much of the functionality for the software is provided by Modules. Modules are a collection of classes that plug into the admin section, providing all manner of functionality for your website. The software will come with standard modules included letting you do the majority of tasks, however the module system will allow developers and site owners to customise their website just how they need it. This also opens up the avenue for developers to distribute their modules.

We are getting very excited as we put the finishing touches to the first beta version, if you haven’t registered for a beta invite yet then get over to our sign up form as there are only a few places left for the initial beta stage!
